HANDLE PROBLEM?(old Generation S-Series)
We had our Heat Sealing webbing machine silently stopped working on us and it caused our S-Series small batch to have a small number of handles fray and eventually release. If you have had this issue just let us know so we can send a replacement pack immediately. HQ@Vinta.co

Limited Lifetime Warranty
*Our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship with a lifetime guarantee.
If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. This does not mean your lifetime, Unfortunately.
For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to our warehouse. All shipping to Vinta Supply Co. Inc. will not be liable for lost in-bound packages. California State law requires that products accepted for repair be clean. A fee will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.
International Taxes & Tariffs
Orders shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes or duties. As the importer and recipient you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Import taxes and duties are collected by the international carrier upon delivery.
